Foreshortening is hard, but I tried to be ambitious with Zeke's head being tipped back and Eric's being tipped forward. I'm not really sure if it worked, but I tried my best.

It's a little hard to tell, but the cat's cradle sort of thing in their hands spells out "Peculiar"

Also, let it be known that I think conjoined things are fairly amazing and will take every opportunity to draw them.
